Lighting plans and electrical plans can also be provided. Universal Design and Aging in Place bathrooms are a part of our repertoire. We can work with your contractor to effectively communicate the plans for construction.

Complete Interior Design for the home includes interior furnishing suggestions and the procurement for furniture, flooring, window treatments, paint colors, and accessories as well as sustainable and green products. Project Management is provided to oversee the installation for the above.

 

Also, we offer consultation only, for the budget- conscious clients and we will review the client’s preliminary selections online and make a recommendation before they purchase those items. Shopping packages are now available.

Realtors: We can provide complementary consultation for your clients for remodeling purposes as well as provide staging suggestions. We have had success in staging homes for sale.
